You can then report your lost or stolen card by clicking on 'Need help with your card?', selecting one of the options and following the prompts.

If you're unable to lock your card or report it lost in the Hiver app, you can call 1800 044 837.

Open the Hiver app, tap 'cards' at the bottom of the screen, tap 'Activate Card' and enter the expiry date. You will then see a message 'Your card has been successfully activated'. All you then need to do is tap 'change PIN' and set your 4 digit PIN number. It's that easy!

Your Hiver Everyday account has a BSB and Account Number like any other bank account in Australia. You can use these details to transfer money from your current financial institution. To transfer money into your Everyday account, use the Hiver BSB 812-812 and your member number (the one you received in your welcome email).

You can also setup your phone number or email address as a 'PayID' and send money to your Hiver account almost instantly using OSKO.
