What you need to know
- All Hiver accounts are now closed.
- On 3 March 2025, we contacted eligible Members about the closure of Hiver and provided options to close or convert your accounts. If we didn’t hear back from you, your Hiver Membership and account/s have now either been closed or converted to UniBank – which you would have been notified of.
- At your request, we can provide a list of your direct debits, direct credits, and periodic payment arrangements for the last 13 months. If you’ve asked your new bank to help you transfer these arrangements to a new account, please note BPAY payments, internet 'Pay Anyone' arrangements or recurring arrangements where you have provided your Visa card number won’t be included.
- Should you require copies of any of your past statements, please get in touch with us so we can arrange them for you.
- You will receive a final statement in the mail at the end of the 2024-25 financial year, which will list the final transactions on your account(s) and detailing any interest earned.
